Tidal Basin Cherry Blossoms

The Cherry Blossoms were full and wonderful this morning. The weather was warm and the wind calm. It was beautiful.
Had a great day meeting friends old and new along the route as I walked.
I had never visited the FDR Memorial and found it to be a treat thanks to Shaun Moss pointing it out to me.
The day continued with a great breakfast with my Dad, Victoria Porter and Cindi Hobsgood.
Finished the visit in DC with a trip to the American History Museum. Was a bit disappointed that half of it is being renovated, completion date 2015.
