My job as mother of the bride was to take all her worries away. At times I felt I was failing miserably, especially when she was the one telling me to just breathe. A very calm bride she was!
I was asked to take photos while her sister Kayla did her hair and make-up. Believe it or not my big girl camera failed me and I went back to the familiar iPhone camera.
I was also honored to be able to take photos before the ceremony, while the hired photographer and another more capable big boy photographer also captured the moments.
She told me during the last dance that it was a perfect wedding! What a joy it was to share this day with the bride and groom, family and friends.
